- Primero. REQUERIR a German Marmolejo Renteria para que, en calidad de representante legal del Consejo Comunitario de Curvarado, presente a la Sala Especial de Seguimiento el informe solicitado en la orden segunda del Auto 165 de 2020.
- Este documento debera ser allegado por medio del correo electronico de la Secretaria General (secretaria1@corteconstitucional.gov.co), dentro del termino de ocho (08) dias habiles contados a partir de la comunicacion de la presente decision.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR, por intermedio de la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion y a traves de correo electronico, la presente decision al representante legal del Consejo Comunitario de Curvarado.
- Para tal efecto, la direccion del correo electronico del representante legal se incluye en el documento anexo a esta providencia.
